Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations and no other information is provided below on individual processing procedures.
Cookie Manager
To obtain consent for the use of technically unnecessary cookies on the website, the provider uses a cookie manager.
When the website is called up, a cookie with the setting information is stored on the user’s end device so that the query relating to consent does not have to be made on a subsequent visit.
The cookie is required to obtain the user’s legally compliant consent.
The user can prevent or terminate the installation of cookies by changing the settings of his browser.
WhatsApp contact
In order to contact the customer, the provider enables the customer, among other things, to contact the customer via the messenger service WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, hereinafter WhatsApp, a subsidiary of Facebook.
Through the user’s communication with the provider via WhatsApp, both the provider and WhatsApp receive the user’s mobile phone number and the information that the user has contacted the provider.
The aforementioned data will also be forwarded by WhatsApp to Facebook’s servers in the USA and processed by WhatsApp and Facebook in accordance with the WhatsApp Privacy Policy, which also includes processing for their own purposes, such as improving the WhatsApp service.

However, according to the data protection supervisory authorities, the USA does not currently have an adequate level of data protection. There are, however, so-called standard contractual clauses:
https://faq.whatsapp.com/general/about-standard-contractual-clauses
However, these are private law agreements and therefore have no direct impact on the access possibilities of the authorities in the USA.

More information on the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing of this data by WhatsApp and Facebook, as well as related rights and settings options for the protection of privacy, can be found in the WhatsApp privacy policy:
https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/#privacy-policy.
The legal basis for this processing and the transmission to WhatsApp is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 b. DSGVO, insofar as the contact concerns an existing contractual relationship or serves to initiate such a contractual relationship. If the contact is not made on the basis of the above purposes, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest of the provider is to improve the quality of service.
General linking to third-party profiles
The provider uses a link on the website to the social networks listed below.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest of the provider is to improve the quality of use of the website.
The plugins are integrated via a linked graphic. Only by clicking on the corresponding graphic is the user redirected to the service of the respective social network.
After the customer has been forwarded, information about the user is collected by the respective network. This is initially data such as IP address, date, time and visited page. If the user is logged into his or her user account of the respective network during this time, the network operator may be able to assign the collected information of the user’s specific visit to the user’s personal account. If the user interacts via a “Share” button of the respective network, this information can be stored in the user’s personal user account and possibly published. If the user wants to prevent the collected information from being directly assigned to his/her user account, the user must log out before clicking on the graphic. In addition, it is possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.
The following social networks are linked by the provider:
Cookies
a) Session cookies
We use so-called cookies with our website. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies that are placed and stored on your end device by the internet browser you use. Through these cookies, certain information about you, such as your browser or location data or your IP address, is processed to an individual extent.
This processing makes our website more user-friendly, effective and secure, as the processing enables, for example, the reproduction of our website in different languages or the offer of a shopping cart function.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit b.) DSGVO, insofar as these cookies data are processed for contract initiation or contract processing.
If the processing does not serve to initiate or execute a contract, our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website. In this case, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
When you close your internet browser, these session cookies are deleted.
b) Third-party cookies
Where applicable, cookies from partner companies with which we cooperate for the purpose of advertising, analysis or the functionalities of our website are also used with our website.
Please refer to the following information for details on this, in particular the purposes and legal bases of the processing of such third-party cookies.
c) Elimination option
You can prevent or restrict the installation of cookies by setting your internet browser. You can also delete cookies that have already been stored at any time. However, the steps and measures required for this depend on the specific internet browser you use. If you have any questions, please use the help function or documentation of your Internet browser or contact its manufacturer or support. In the case of so-called Flash cookies, however, processing cannot be prevented via the browser settings. Instead, you must change the settings of your Flash player. The steps and measures required for this also depend on the specific Flash player you use. If you have any questions, please also use the help function or documentation of your Flash player or contact the manufacturer or user support.
However, if you prevent or restrict the installation of cookies, this may mean that not all functions of our website can be fully used.
Contact requests / contact possibility
If you contact us via the contact form or e-mail, the data you provide will be used to process your enquiry. The provision of the data is necessary for the processing and answering of your enquiry – without their provision we cannot answer your enquiry or at best only to a limited extent.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.
Your data will be deleted as soon as your enquiry has been finally answered and there are no legal obligations to retain the data, e.g. in the case of subsequent contract processing.
YouTube
We maintain an online presence on YouTube to present our company and our services and to communicate with customers/interested parties. YouTube is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, a subsidiary of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA.
In this respect, we would like to point out that there is a possibility that user data may be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. This may result in increased risks for users in that, for example, it may be more difficult to access the user data at a later date. We also do not have access to this user data. The access option lies exclusively with YouTube.
You can find YouTube’s privacy policy at
https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website. This is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
The Google Analytics service is used to analyse the usage behaviour of our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website.
Usage and user-related information, such as IP address, location, time or frequency of visits to our website, is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymisation function. This function allows Google to truncate the IP address within the EU or EEA.
The data collected in this way is in turn used by Google to provide us with an evaluation of visits to our website and of the usage activities there. This data may also be used to provide other services related to the use of our website and the use of the internet.
Google states that it does not associate your IP address with any other data. In addition, Google provides further information on
https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners
concerning data protection law, for example on the options for preventing data use.
In addition, Google offers
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
a so-called deactivation add-on together with further information on this. This add-on can be installed with the most common internet browsers and offers you further control over the data that Google collects when you visit our website. The add-on informs the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that information about your visit to our website should not be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, this does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services. Of course, you can also find out whether and which other web analytics services we use in this privacy policy.
IONOS WebAnalytics
We use WebAnalytics on our website. This is an analysis service provided by 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, hereinafter referred to as “WebAnalytics”, which enables us to analyse the use of our website.
For analysis purposes, data on the type and version of your internet browser, your operating system, the type of your end device, the website from which you accessed our website (referrer URL), the website(s) of our website that you visit or the files that you request, the date and time of the respective access and the anonymised IP address of the internet connection from which the use of our website takes place are collected by means of a pixel or via the log files on our behalf.
In the event that you have given your consent for this processing, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. The legal basis may also be Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation, improvement and economic operation of our website.
Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA on our website to check and prevent interactions on our website by automated access, e.g. by so-called bots. This is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
Through this service, Google can determine from which website a request is sent and from which IP address you use the so-called reCAPTCHA input box. In addition to your IP address, Google may also collect other information that is necessary for offering and guaranteeing this service.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the security of our website as well as in the defence against unwanted, automated access in the form of spam or similar.
Google offers under
https://policies.google.com/privacy
for further information on the general handling of your user data.
YouTube
We use YouTube on our website. This is a video portal of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “YouTube”.
We use YouTube in connection with the “extended data protection mode” function in order to be able to show you videos. In the event that you have given your consent for this processing, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. The legal basis may also be Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our website. According to YouTube, the “enhanced data protection mode” function means that the data described in more detail below is only transmitted to the YouTube server when you actually start a video.
Without this “enhanced data protection”, a connection to the YouTube server in the USA is established as soon as you call up one of our Internet pages on which a YouTube video is embedded.
This connection is necessary in order to be able to display the respective video on our website via your internet browser. In the course of this, YouTube will at least record and process your IP address, the date and time and the website you visited. In addition, a connection to Google’s “DoubleClick” advertising network is established.
If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube will assign the connection information to your YouTube account. If you would like to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website or make the appropriate settings in your YouTube user account.
For the purpose of functionality and to analyse user behaviour, YouTube permanently stores cookies on your end device via your internet browser. If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the storage of cookies by making a setting in your internet browser. You can find more information on this above under “Cookies”.
Google provides further information on the collection and use of data as well as your rights and protection options in this regard in the privacy policy available at
